Left a negative survey in the hopes that the service department might be able to change how they interact with customers and address their ability to convey information on the status of a vehicle. Their issues with communication are still very much present, as they called on a Friday to ask me to call back and played phone tag until 23 minutes before my appointment to tell me they are unwilling to work on my vehicle instead of just saying it in any of the voicemails left on my phone.

Bought a used vehicle here. Every time we come in we have to wait forever to actually be helped when there aren’t any other people there. The cashier was beyond rude when we were asking where to pay in service. Overall bad customer service.
