Visited this dealership with a build in hand and test drove a similar truck, I had them order the the truck I built online. The salesman was helpful and not too pushy for a salesman. Factory order takes 2 to 3 month to deliver.

I never thought I'd be driving a Chevy, but Adrian Perez made a great deal on an Equinox and I could not be happier about my new lease! He was incredible from start to finish! When I arrived at Chevy it was after a long day of car shopping for a vehicle for my mother, we sat down with Adrian and cut right to the chase. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable, and went right to work on finding the right fit for my mother. I was also in the market for a new lease, but had my heart set on a GMC Terrain Denali. After Adrian took great care of my mother (she also leased an Equinox) he brought out the Equinox Premier in Pearl White, with all the bells and whistles, which I test drove and ultimately decide to lease - I could not be more thrilled! Adrian's top-notch customer care made this process a breeze, and I look forward to working with him again on my next lease in the future!

I made an appointment for service on my new 2020 vehicle due to a manufacturer defect that they are aware of per a notice from GM. I called ahead to ensure I could drop my vehicle off during the night, to which I was assured I could. So my friend and I drove both of our vehicles to the dealership at 3am to leave mine for service. Only issue was, the gates were all closed to the lot. So not only was I unable to do what I called to confirm, I had to stay awake all night so I could leave at 630am to get my vehicle there for a 7am appointment. Communication from the service advisor was subpar, I ended up having to text to find out after 3pm that my vehicle was completed and when I asked what was done; first I was told a part had to be replaced, however Richard was unclear and not confident in what was done. I finally went to pick up my vehicle and asked for clarification, was told it was something completely different. Then I walked around my vehicle before leaving only to find minor damage to the exterior of my vehicle. Richard called a manager over and after some time waiting he came over and just assured me they would call me soon with information as to following steps. It’s now been a week and I have sent messages to the service department asking for updates to no avail. I loved the sales team, however this is my second experience with service and it is less than desired. Now my new garage kept vehicle has minor damage and they have done nothing to resolve this.
