Might just happen to be the greatest dealership of all time

I have purchased several new cars from this dealership in the past 10 years. Their sales team is fantastic. Their service department is one of the worst. On hold for over an hour every time I call and lucky if someone picks up. When visiting in person and drop off your car for service, Never get a call back or update. Last week I dropped off my 2018 summit to fix an issue at 8am. Finally I got a hold of somebody at 4pm to get an update. They had not even look the car yet, Emily said. Had to take an Uber, pick up my car and take it to another dealership to fix. I hope their leadership reads this and start making some needed change. You're losing valuable customers.

I took my car there for a power steering fluid leak. After their diagnostic they said my steering pump and my Drive Shaft were damaged, that the Steering Pump cost 1450 and the Drive Shaft at 1200 and, that those parts are backordered and I could not get it before 3 weeks. I told them I could order the parts myself to get it quicker, it's in that process I found out the original parts cost less than 600 each. Due to that doubt, I decided to take the car to an other dealership for a new diagnostic where I was told that the only damaged part was the pump but not my Drive Shaft while I already ordered and received both parts. Just imagine the difference in prices, plus, think of what would've happened if I didn't check elsewhere? Also there is a gentleman there named Chris Rider! This guy has no consideration at all toward customers when speaking to them. I am so frustrated in the way I was treated there. I've been servicing there for 3 years but I will never go back to that location period.

Went to get my radio trouble shot and replaced in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Using car shield insurance Referred to a different business. Its like they didn't want the hassle

2007 Dodge SUV, 3.7 engine completely broken down at 53,000 miles. Towed the car in for diagnosis, it took many requests and several weeks to get an answer, and 200 eventually told #1 cylinder has no compression, and 900.00 labor authorization was needed for additional investigation of engine. I said no, and had the SUV towed home. Note: ( I had the vehicle brought in to Chrysler to get a report based on the extensive info they have of vin# similar to mine, but I had to use YouTube to get an answer, disappointing). After watching YouTube videos I discover that 3.7 and 4.7 Chrysler engines have a design flaw that causes the rocker arms to fly off inside the valve cover. So I bought a 10mm extra long socket, with a swivel, and one foot extension, and removed the valve cover bolts, and a gas line removal tool. And sure enough the #1 rocker had fallen off. The valve spring broke, and caused the rocker arm to fall out. I replaced the spring which is a tricky project since the spring needs to be compressed to get the spring retainer off and on. It would appear that faulty valve spring’s steel is the problem with 3.7 engines and 4.7engines, also the rocker arm design flaw, now has improved design for increased oil flow, and weak valve lifter design, and aluminum head metal issues. Solution is to replace both heads including all new head parts or gamble that the engine could break down again anywhere. For now I’ll try thinner synthetic oil for increased oil flow, like zero/20, and get estimates for 2 new complete heads installed. I should have bought a Lexus. ( Humorous note: The 2 vehicles pictured in the Auto Nation Service Photo both have 3.7 engines, and the SUV on the right is the same as mine )

2018 Jeep grand Cherokee, seatbealt failed at 42k miles. Broke to pieces. Wanted 500 to replace broken parts. A seatbelt that fails should always be covered by the Manufacture. There should be no limit on such a product. The person at the dealership was short and snotty about it. This is a manufacturing issue and should be covered. The person at the dealership acted as if she had all this power and that it was her decision. It should be taken to management. So dissatisfied with the Bellevue dealership.
