I've gone a total of 5 times to this place for 3 different cars. Each time they take a 2-4 hour job and turn it into a 12 hour job WITHOUT CALLING ME and explaining this! I call them around 4pm and they say, "oh uh...we're (insert excuse)". All of them are friendly when you walk in and leave you're car. However, when you call to ask about your car or whats going on be prepared for NO ONE to know the answer. That's just how they are. It's been 3 years now nothing has changed, I have to keep going back due to warranty work or a recall on my 2 Fords. But for any other issues I go to a mom and pop shop.

If you are looking for a car Ford AutoNation is the place to go. Ask for Mr. Dave and tell him Julie Duncan sent you. Mr. Dave is not your ordinary salesmen. Mr. Dave gone above and beyond and actually listens to you. Mr. Dave treated me and my husband as we where his family. Let me be real with y'all. My husband and I was looking for that perfect vehicle that took our breath away. Ford Auto Nation of Bradenton was the first place we went. My husband was sold but I was not. We went to 8 other car lots but there was nothing. plus the treatment we got at the other place. Could never compare to Ford Auto Nation. So we headed home we was done for the night. We prayed to the Lord for guidance. The next morning we just wanted to talk. But ended driving the car off the lot. What can girl say I'M IN LOVE WITH MY CAR. THANK YOU MR. DAVE H.

I had a used vehicle inspected by them prior to purchase and they missed major items that were wrong with the vehicle. The automatic transmission needs rebuilt, the rear air conditioning does not work, the radio is defective and the engine threw 3 codes that they completely missed. I cannot recommend using them when they missed such obvious problems.

The sales department is 5 stars. The service Manager should be demoted to janitor in my opinion. He is not even good enough to scrub the toilet! I am only giving this place 4 stars because of the excellent treatment from the sales staff.

Oil change 3 hours Replacing 2 tires 3 hours. Horrible customer service I will never go back there

Took a 2013 Edge in for a mysterious noise coming from the engine only to have them look at the car all day, then tried to sell us a new car while it just sat in a mechanics bay. Took it to a NAPA repair shop and was explained why it sounds the way it does. AutoNation almost got us. BEWARE
