I had been actively searching for a good, used, reasonably priced SUV for about 24 months. I did go to other dealers, went through personal sellers, and never felt comfortable with the price/quality. I looked online, located this beautiful 2010 SRX Cadillac, offered by AutoNation Ford Burleson. Since it was on a Sunday, I sent an email request, inquiring if it was still available. I received an invitation, first thing Monday morning, to take it for a test drive. Upon arriving, I was immediately taken to Preston Harper, Internet Sales Associate, who was so informative, polite, professional, courteous, and just a delightful person to deal with. He had the vehicle detailed, gave me instructions on how to operate all the fantastic extra features it has. The loan application was smooth and so easy. I even got a thank you from Robert Edwards, which make me feel like someone special. It was the best vehicle purchasing experience I've had!

Everyone has been loving the Shelby GT350! When I picked up the vehicle it was detailed and ready on the showroom floor. I am enjoying it as a daily driver much more than my C7 Corvette. We are currently in the market for a new SUV. The ol' Equinox is kicking the bucket, but after my last two interactions with AutoNation Ford Burleson I will make sure to take my business elsewhere. Not only have I had to return to the dealer twice since purchasing the vehicle I was promised something as little as having my fuel tank filled for the inconvenience and even that couldn't be done? In the grand scheme of things it's not a huge deal: a 50 fill-up, some extra miles on the vehicle and a few hours wasted won't kill me. It's the principle behind it. Stick to what you tell your customers.
