I took my 2016 F-350 Dually into AutoNation to diagnose why my tail lights were not working, but brake and turn signals were. It was difficult to track down the bad connector, but they only charged me the flat diagnostic fee even though they had many hours into finding the issue. Then the repair cost was minimal. Great job finding that obscure wiring issue, and keeping me posted via text of their progress! Had I taken it to a private garage I don't doubt that I would have paid many hundreds of dollars in their time to find this problem...some things are best done by the dealer.

Although my appointment was late in the day, the attitudes of the workers were great, the areas were clean, and magazines on the tables were even straightened. Best of all, they didn't have news playing on the TV! That's what I could see. Couldn't see the maintenance area, but my truck runs good and it didn't smell like oil when I got in it. Thanks Maintenance people!!!

Made an appointment online and when I got there they said that I had to leave the vehicle. The reason was they only had one transmission mechanic. This should have been evident when when I made the appointment for a transmission issue. Should have been posted on the website that the vehicle would have had been left for 2 days. I did not hear anything from the company until the third day when I called about the vehicle. Calm and was transferred to the service attendant but he was unavailable so I left a message. Waited about 45 minutes and call back again got transferred around several times before ending up with the attendant for answering the phones. I finally told them that I was coming to get the vehicle with or without the issue being intended. It's about 30 minutes later I got a call to mechanics had looked at it and there was no problem. Not even positive it was even looked at. I was told that it was natural for the transmission to shift hard hard. Hence I've started looking for a new truck.

Woah. This was the quickest and best deal we have gotten on a vehicle! As loyal long time Ford customers of over 10 years we have gone through many transactions and know the process. We moved here from Louisiana and wanted to start giving business to our local dealership, with the caveat that they take excellent care of our family. We went into Ford Autonation Panama City with the intent of shopping around while our current Ford vehicle was being serviced (which also by the way - their service department has been outstanding over the past two years!) and left with a brand new vehicle, as our trade-in deal worked out so smoothly! They expressed how they wanted to earn our trust in becoming life long local customers now that we are Floridians and we settled on a great deal after very efficient negotiations. Huge thank you to Brittney, Andrew, Marshal and the team for everything!
