I have been purchasing cars and trucks from Jerry Singer at this location for about 20 yrs, recently i wanted to upgrade to a F250. Wasn't interested in the new F250s, but the older models. Jerry was keeping an eye out for me, I got an email from Jerry yesterday that a great deal had just came into the dealership. Met with him today and the truck was better than what I was looking for. Thanks Jerry really appreciate the extra care you give me and my family and friends.

Long story short, if you need warranty work, do not, I repeat, do not take your vehicle here!! Terrible customer service!! I am sending a letter to corporate!! On top of that, my car was not fixed!!!

James Briggs!!!! This Service Advisor was so helpful and very considerate for my needs! I put my Ford Explorer in service for some factory recall service part replacement and Mr. Briggs took care of me. He put me in a loaner vehicle and two days later my Explorer was ready and back on the road without any issues. If you go to Auto Nation service department, ask for Mr. James Briggs ... He's the BEST!!!

I have a Factory Ford, Lincoln AND an extended warranty on my vehicle and was still advised to go back to the dealership I first purchased my vehicle from to recieve service which is an hour away. Was also denied recall service because I haven't yet experienced issues with the part that is recalled. Isn't that the reason for fixing recall parts? You fix it so that you won't ever have to experience the recalled problem.
