Had spoken with sales rep prior to arrival, told him cars I was interested in and what time I'd get to dealership... car sold prior to me getting there but salesperson didn't have enough consideration to at least call and inform me...I drove almost an hour to get to dealership.

The salesman was rude. They paid 20,000 for a truck & want almost 25,000 for the truck. All they do is rip people off. They also have poor service. They take advantage of the disabled. I will not buy any vehicle's from any Auto Nation again. I would rather buy a vehicle from a junkyard than Auto Nation. I wouldn't buy big wheel from Auto Nation.

Had 4 recalls in 2 years. Offered the lowest of any dealer for buy back. Was a hassle from the moment we bought the car. Offered services that were never completed or noted. Service takes all day even with an appointment.
