Took my Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle for routine maintenance. Everyone was nice and helpful. Still not sure why they kept referring to it as a Honda Insight because to me they are completely different vehicles, but what do I know. And one of the service messages was still showing on the display after leaving so had to go back to get it cleared. But I LOVE my Clarity and can't understand why more people don't buy hybrid/electric cars. I can usually run it on electric power only (about 45 miles) around town and hardly ever have to switch to hybrid mode, but it gets 48mpg when running as a hybrid. Drives like a full sized car (because it IS a full sized car), and doesn't require 220 power to charge it. I just plug it into a regular outlet and let it charge overnight. We drove it to Niagara Falls and drove over 800 miles one day. We stopped about every 250 miles and put about 5.5 gallons of gas in the 7 gallon tank. My bladder won't go farther than 250 miles, so stopping isn't a problem. Did I say that I love my Clarity? I should make a commercial.

I came in for a scheduled airbag recall for my 2004 CRV .Upon arrival they were unable to find my info. Almost immediately my info was taken and my car was taken back for inspection . They went above and beyond the recall inspection as well. Identifying other soon to be needed service events. The waiting room was quiet ,clean and spacious. I expected to be there for a while , but was pleasantly surprised to be out in less than 2 hours. This is my first ever Honda that I have owned . I bought it used and couldn’t be more pleased , I regret not purchasing one sooner.
