Recently, my wife noticed a whining noise in our 2018 Honda Accord Touring. Also, we've had a recurring passenger seat problem whereby the seat frame will not stay attached to seat mount. We took our car to Columbus Auto Nation Honda and met service adviser, Mr. Roy Johnson. Mr. Johnson took our car in for an evaluation and discovered that the passenger seat needed to be repaired again, the transmission was defective and needed to be replaced as well as the turbo was not working properly . All of these issues had to be coordinated with the Honda Regional Tech Director to get approval for the warranty work on this 20 month old car with less than 15,000 miles. Mr. Johnson was successful in getting our car repaired and all of the work was under warranty. Hallelujah! We are grateful to Mr. Johnson, the technicians who made the discoveries of faulty parts and repairs and to Honda for honoring the warranty on this relative new car. They also washed and cleaned up the car before returning it to us. Thank you all Auto Nation Service team. With good conscious, we can recommend this Service Center team to meet the service needs of our vehicle based on first hand experience.

Autonation has been by far the worse car buying experience in my life. I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Santa fe and on 8/9/18. there was an issue where nun of the locks worked so they gave me a warranty to bring it back and have fixed. lucky that was a minor fuse issue. The same day I brought it in to have the locks fixed I also told them about it pulling really hard to the right and my rear tires bowing in. The sales team came out to see it and said its an all wheel drive. It supposed to look like that. I also informed there there was a loud noise coming from the front tire and I have practically no traction when I go over 45. They told me it was nothing. on the way home that day I almost wrecked due to not having traction. I take it to store shop ( has brand new tires) the tech took the lugs off my front driver side tire with his bare hands. The tire was literally about to come off. I took it back to auto nation the next day leave it for a whole day for them to tell me nothing on wrong with it. The pictures obviously show an issue when brand new tires are worn out like this in less than a month. I have had to get 2 tires and alignment and a alternator all before I made my first car payment. not to mention they won't replace their battery after they had me riding in a car with the alternator unplugged. if you looking for a reliable ride run FARRRRR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Had oil change done last year while having something else checked out. Started to see oil in carport. It was leaking oil. Took it back to them and until I asked what was wrong they were not going to tell why it was leaking. They never apologized or even offer free oil change because of their screw up. I had to take time off from work because of their screw up. I will never have them do anything to our Honda again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have tried on at least four different occasions to speak with someone about servicing my car and everytime I am sent back to the receptionist and no one answers the phone. I am just disgusted at this
