Overall, this was one of the better experiences I've had buying a car. Everyone was very helpful, there was no pressure at any point, and they price their vehicles at a fair price. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. I love my new CR-V!

I was traveling and presented with a dash and navigation emergency with my 2020 Honda Pilot Black edition. I was greeted quickly, by a kind gentleman, upon entering the building. I was directed to drive around to service. I was quickly let in and the customer care consultant, Brian Waterman, assisted me kindly and quickly. The vehicle was repaired and washed within 20 minutes and I was on my way. I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service and kindness shown. I would not hesitate to have my vehicle serviced at AutoNation Honda in Spokane. Excellent service!!

The staff was nice, service for the oil change and service was about 1 hour. The person who checked us out said there were no issues, but after getting home (2 hour drive) saw on the service document that the invoice said Declined A/C cabin filter replacement, no one asked us if we wanted it replaced. We would have wanted it done since it is a two hour drive one way. Received call from the manager at Auto Nation, he apologized for the oversight, and offered a free filter change the next time we were in the area, so we made arrangements, the filter was changed, They really back up their service. Thank you!

Shay was very helpful and professional, and we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. We've now bought 2 cars here and they've had the best price and service in the area. Hopefully we won't have to buy another car for a while but when we do we'll definitely be back!
