Updated (and improved! :-) ) I was contacted by the dealership. They responded to my complaint and figured out how to \make it right\ for my inconvenience. I was more than satisfied with the support level they provided after the follow up. My original issue was resolved when I replaced my cabin filter myself and there are no issues remaining. Problems happen to everyone... The difference between a bad company and a good company is how they handle problems. AutoNation did a good job and I plan on using their services again. Would Recommend! Old Review: Had a problem with the cabin filter after 60k mile service but not before. Tech took dirty filter out and reinserted backwards full of dirty leaves. Tech advisor said nothing on the ac system was touched. Service report said filter needed replacement. Removed filter and blew out leaves. Corrected issue. Disappointed by service level.

This by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had . John Sheldon is very knowledgeable and just great to work with! Max and David in Finance were amazing. I walked in the dealership and spoke to salesmen and walked out of there saying bye to friends! Great place to buy a car!
