I was told multiple times that my car would be done at the latest Tuesday afternoon and have had to call 4 separate times on that Tuesday to have them finally tell me at 5pm (when they close at 7) that my car won’t be available until Wednesday. Apparently it’s done but they need to drive it to make sure that everything is okay. Perfectly understandable. What is not perfectly understandable is when they tell me it was running an hour ago and I can’t have it until 10 am tomorrow. So it takes more than 3 hours to take a test drive in a car? Honestly unacceptable. Glad my cars going to be fixed after this because I will not be taking my business back here.

I took my car in to be fixed after an absolute nightmare of an experience with a local auto repair shop.... No point going into detail as my car is now running like new after rightfully trusting nissan to fix the issue and additional mistakes made by the previous "auto repair shop". I am kicking myself for not taking it here initially and saving myself the hassle of 2.5 months of back and forth with the first place for a job done wrong. It's worth the slightly higher price with the Nissan service professionals to get it done right the first time. I will continue to trust this nissan service center with my car for all future maintenance and repairs. Anastacia was so knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. The manager Mike was also genuinely helpful and friendly as well as the other service associate whose name I unfortunately can't remember. I would give this place 10 stars if that was an option. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My experience was exceptional considering I had to drop another grand on my car.
