Welcomed with drink options and a seat. Very good experience, everyone is friendly and accommodating. They made the process easy and addressed all my questions and concerns. COVID friendly for those of you wondering. All tables get cleaned once you leave them. Notified by the customers when they flip over a sign. Letting everyone know the table was used. Highly recommend this location, they are an amazing team.

After spending most of the day communicating via email/text with my salesperson as I live out of town, I decided to take a big leap and make my first ever online car purchase. Only after my credit was checked, which will inevitably have a negative impact on my score, and the financing process had begun, did the dealership realize the car was no longer available - but didn't bother to even acknowledge this issue, just sent a message trying to sell me a similar vehicle a few hours later. Simply stated, I was sold a car that did not exist - and they didn't even offer an apology. If this happened to me, a careful and informed consumer, this could easily happen to you as well. Buyer beware.

Such a great experience! David was the least \salesy\ car salesman I've ever met. There was absolutely no pressure. I ended up in a fantastic vehicle at a great price. (And David was kind enough to make sure I got some food as we were in the dealership for a while) Not a single complaint! The dealership is clean & COVID precautions are taken. Highly recommend!

A BIG shout-out to Taylor and Service Director, Justin, in the AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe’s Service Department. My 2017 Subaru Forester that I purchased there needed a costly repair, but these gentlemen got me taken care of. I’ve done all of the routine maintenance for the vehicle at the dealership there and will continue to be a loyal customer because they truly value and understand how to treat their customers.
