Very disappointed with this place, drop off my parents car the night before for a recall to be done the next morning then to get the call saying it will be done at 5! Really I know it doesn’t take all day to get done and then on top do that calling the service advisor whose supposed taken care of the car who choose to never call me back the 2 times I call to speak to him and left two messages for a call back and never heard a word. I always seem to have issues no matter what I am doing with this place!

Very disappointed with the team this visit. Went in for routine maintenance and was given 2.5-3 hour wait estimate. After 4 hours I had to ask for an ETA so I could make arrangements to get to work. Car was done and nobody came to get me. The maintenance itself is amazing, but the communication/waste of time was frustrating. Still going to come back, but I'm not going to trust waiting in the lobby anymore.

First, I made an appt to at 7am that required service techs. Was then informed that the service techs don't come until 8am. So I would have to wait at least a hour before they could even diagnose the issue. When i made the appt, I was told that the issue that I came in for would take about a hour to service. However that was the impression that my car would be serviced at 7am and I would be done by 8:30ish. Since I was delayed, I asked for a loaner car since I had prior appts to get to. I was told all loaners were engaged at the moment and no luck (stars were not deducted for this but would have earned a star). Second. I did my research before I came and knew exactly what the issue was. I would have replaced myself but i lack both tools and the replacement parts and safe place to do it. Hence, why I came to a service center. when I was quoted, the part number that was quoted was 350 which is 140 more than the same part that is offered on their own website. Additionally, because they were replacing the entire automatic shift lever instead of the one necessary part it required an additional 3 hours of labor. 4 stars deducted for improper quoting and either a poor lack of knowledge of the issue diagnosed or just plain dishonest service. A comparable repair center quoted the exact same labor for 150. Since my car was still usuable and safe, I decided to go to the other repair center.
