My daughter bought a car today at the Subaru dealer at AutoNation. The salesman, Tyler, and the Business Manager that handled the financing, Andrew, were absolutely amazing!! I can't thank them enough for such a great experience :) She had purchased a car from the Volkswagen dealer right next door 3 years before and though the salesmen were nice her experience with the Service part of Volkswagen was truly terrible. I was not looking forward to going to another AutoNation dealer but after dealing with Subaru today I can honestly say that though the two buildings might say AutoNation the Subaru dealership was a totally different and super pleasant experience. I highly recommend anyone go there and for sure send their children there, not just for a great experience but also for the great cars!!

Our experience was very positive. We drove 200 miles to buy an Outback and our salesperson, Austin, made the entire thing very easy and seamless. We got exactly what we wanted and for a great price. We were able to do a lot of the paperwork in advance and were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Austin communicated with us through the whole process and made sure we were well taken care of.

As always excellent service and friendly people. Always a good experience. Also you can have confidence that your servicing was done correctly and per Subaru specs unlike some other dealerships I could mention. It's worth it to me to drive 30 miles to get their service.

I took my son's Subaru in for an oil change and waited because service said it would take an hour. They finished an hour-and-forty minutes later. They apologized for the delay and didn't charge me because it took so long. I appreciated their customer service and I will go back and pay next time.
