Definitely the best experience I had while buying a car!! For starters Graciela Sullivan the Saleslady was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process and did not put any pressure on trying to sale the vehicle on the contrary she made sure that we saw every option available and felt comfortable with the vehicle we chose. Then we met James Purcell the Finance Associate and he made the process very easy and understandable also made everything possible for us to get to that desire payment!!! I enjoyed my experience with the seller Keith Hanson I love my car great honest dealership, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a New or Used car I had a great experience it was smooth fast and didn’t take up most of the day. I will forever do business if I wanna trade or upgrade my car with this dealership. The seller Keith walked me through everything even how to work the new upgrades in the car he checked on me to even see if I was satisfied with my car the next day great experience.

The service people were very courteous and helpful. However, I made this appointment specifically to replace a defective component of my windshield wiper fluid nozzle. I specified this when I made the appointment. Only when I arrived did they begin to look at inventory only to learn that the part was not there. However, starting about a day after I made the appointment in the 1st place, I was receiving text messages asking me if I wanted to sell my car back to them. It's a shame they can't spend a fraction of the effort ensuring their service department is appropriately stocked as compared to the effort they took to try to make a car purchase/sale.

My experience was very nice. I didn't feel pressures in buying a car. Barrington was knowledgeable about the car and its features. This is the second Camry I have purchased from Automation in Pinellas Park and both experiences was great. I would recommend people to come here to purchase a vehicle.
