I went in with 10k in negative equity, and a car that no longer fit my needs. There was A LOT of factors getting me into a new car. After 3 months of dealership searching, and trying to make the best decision for my little and I, the remarkable staff at VW in the Valley went above and beyond to get us into a vehicle that fit our needs and got us out of a sticky situation. I went in stressed and a little defeated after all of the searching, and it took these guys less than three days to get me into a reliable, safe car and to help erase me negative equity. I will be coming back if in the future i do need another car, and i will be recommending them to anyone needing a new car! Thank you a little extra to Justyn, Spence and Austin.
