EDIT: Apparently according to the owners reply towing someones car for expired tags when they clearly don't expire for another year and a half is standard procedure. Tells you all you need to know about this company. Tried towing my car saying my tags are expired when they clearly aren't. They clearly state they expire August of 2022, meaning that I got them renewed August 2020 and chose two year renewal. I'd love to hear the explanation for this! This review was written in January 28th of 2021 Also, the sticker they put on my window left a ton of residue. Not cool. Should I show up to your business and plaster sticky stuff all over? I added three pictures showing my still-in-date tag, the notice on my car and the residue they left on my window)

Auropros towing will be sued for going off on customers in an unprofessional manor and not handling situations with respect or pofessionalism. They laughed at my friend for asking a question and proceeded to whisper to one-another in the back area. After questioning them, they failed to communicate in a kind or competent manner. I have never been more appalled by a business and their mistreatment of their customers.

Next time you tow someone's car and you need cash instead of using their cc, maybe mention that over the phone instead of having them drive all the way there for no reason. My friend legit had to leave his car over night. They made us wait for 30 minutes before meeting us, only to then say they needed 180.00 cash. When we returned with the money, they were gone yet again! We couldn't wait anymore and had to go home. When they called us back ( another 20 minutes or so), the dude on the phone had the audacity to try to blame my friend for him forgetting to tell him to bring cash. This whole place is just super unprofessional. I would rate you zero starts if I could

Very bad place they tow your car and make you wait forever just to give it back called him 3:52am and the time now is 4:34pm just called them again and they say it will be there in 10-40 minutes i think this place is a rip off just doing like this because they want the car to stay more so they can steal more money out off you. If you answer me with please contact customer service to satisfy me about what happened and i doubt it but i will not because your customer service is very bad hope everyone loses their job over this place sheesh no one even has a good and honorable conscience !
