They towed my car, damaged it, and tried to claim the damage was already there without even providing photos of my car before it was towed to prove it. (The only photos they had were of the car while it was already on the tow rack, so ostensibly the damage had already been done by that point). Had to deal with Dan Scanlan, and a quick Google search reveals I'm not the only person he's tried to screw over. Going to take them to court.

Carlos and Nicole at the front desk were both very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Security in the lot was also courteous. I arrived at 3:55 and got into my car at 4:15. I can imagine that this is not an easy for job for anyone and I appreciate everyone's time and energy involved in alleviating and resolving my predicament.
