Awesome service. Very friendly attendants. We booked an i10 but as the car was not in perfect shape they offered us a sedan (Hyundai Accent) without any extra charges. Overall a very satisfying journey.

It was a fantastic experience and a smooth exchange. Amazed by the degree of customisation offered on the rates based on the trip chalked out by us. Turned out to be economical. Car was in great condition and handed over neat and clean. Most recommended.
We booked 2 bikes with Autorides. Both the bikes were in good condition. Bikes were maintained like own use vehicles. We didn't find any fault in our entire journey of 3 days. Had an awesome experience of Meghalaya with those bikes. Owner is very helpful and friendly.
Cheated us. We had a deal to rent a car from them 10 hours before we reached Shillong and we continuously kept in touch. Coming all the way from guwahati in shared taxi and then reaching their office, they denied the availability of a vehicle. Felt betrayed. Not providing any value to customers and just wasting their time, effort and money. Downright unprofessional!
