I can't actually speak to the quality of the floral arrangement I had delivered, I didn't see it. Being a former floral designer, I can be too critical at times. However, the customer service was outstanding! I ordered last minute for a same day delivery and they made it happen. AND the recipient loved the flowers, in fact, she was thrilled. So whatever they delivered was better than \good enough\. My friend was so appreciative and happy. Thank you, you made her day...and mine.

I can't say enough about Brandi and her team at Impressions! They truly went above and beyond to make my mother's memorial service a beautiful and meaningful occasion. Not only did they deliver outside of their typical range when no other floral companies would, they also, no doubt, put in countless extra hours to accommodate the huge order of arrangements on such short notice. It meant so much to our family to celebrate the life of our loved one surrounded by such beauty. Every single arrangement was beautiful and incredibly detailed. It would have made my mother smile. Wonderful people.. when my dad passed away they was there for anything and everything we needed. They made flowers to our liking and to what price we can afford. Will not go to anyone else!
