I have used Anna multiple times. She gives a firm sports massage that really gets into tight muscles. The first time I saw her she got into my tight shoulder and I came out with a really good upright posture having gone in very round shouldered and tight. The impact in an hour was amazing. She also gives you a good selection of Physio exercises and stretches to help with long term improvement after the session.

I have used Anna several times including referring my dad in law to her with his sciatica problems.. very professional approach, friendly but firm, focused on patient and not only for the moment of treatment but also after treatment care. Impressive results! She is participating in many projects including working with kids to ensure they develop their posture correctly! I fully recommend her!
