THIS IS A SCAM all good reviews are FAKE! This company is not even listed. Do your research. I wish I had done mines.. I recently contacted this company for a commercial carpet shampoo cleaning job. I had a “manager” from “AVNL cleaners” come give us a quote The “technician” who came to clean our carpets came alone in his personal vehicle without the proper equipment. The first thing he asked was how we were going to pay. I was surprised because the office had previously said they would bill us. The technician said it did not work like that and the payment had to be made the same day as the service. Cash, check or card.. The job was HORRIFIC the carpets are worst then before with horrible stains that were not there to begin with. I called to make a complaint and they told me they would have the manager and the technician contact me back. I asked for a refund or at least a partial refund and have them come back and correct the job they said they will not refund. After these concerns I drove to the location where they are mapped and IT DOESNT EXIST. I called the company and questioned them about their location, one the employees hung up the phone on me and a different employee said they were working from home. Con Artist BEWARE This company is A FRAUD I will report these CROOKS to the authorities.

The guy was extremely helpful, thorough and flexible throughout the process! He was very polite, and did a great job! I was very satisfied for the job well done! Highly recommended! Their staff is very friendly, skilled and responsive!!
I called on Saturday and set up my appointment. The two guys they sent did an amazing job on my stairs and landing and other areas where we had several stains. Plus cleaned a large room. It looks great! Very professional and efficient. I will definitely be using them again.
Excellent!! We had our bedroom, den, and living room carpets and rugs cleaned today by AVNL Cleaners. They arrived as promised, did a very professional walk through before beginning, offered suggestions and took great care with our carpets. They did a wonderful job and we will be sure to call AVNL Cleaners to return for our Spring cleaning. Thank you!!!!
If you are looking for a carpet cleaning company you can trust then AVNL Cleaners is the one! These guys are very professional from the get go. Great experience with them and they weren't too expensive. Came out like new!
