The room was clean. The bed was comfortable... the service was good I would recommend the place and the price was good as well.

I was hired to photograph this hotel and stayed an evening with my wife during our stay. This hotel was just recently renovated and it looks like a brand new hotel inside. The gigantic TVs and DirecTV in every room are a huge attraction. Staff was very nice and helpful and you can tell they really care about their guests.
I stayed in this Hotel last evening. I am an Elite member and have to report the customer service and basic service is extremely poor. When checking inn, I had to go find the Clerk as he was not at the front desk, it took him longer than usual to do a check in. We specifically asked him if they were having breakfast. He replied "Of Course". Based off of his representation, myself and the second room companion calculated our time. When searching for breakfast, there was none. My companion then went to the Manager's office who replied he would check on it. Well we are still waiting on his "checking". In addition, despite my calls to the Manager and request to speak with a Manager on the mobile app, still not the courtesy of a return call. This hotel has atrocious and poor customer service from the Manager down to the Clerk.
Great place...But the beds are very soft thumbs down to the beds....
Very nice hotel, the we employees are very friendly. The lobby and all rooms are renovated before couple weeks ago. Breakfast is as well good and no extra plastic bags for the fruits and bread, very nice.
Angie ( frontdesk) receptionist is one of the many reasons why I've always enjoyed my stay here. She always went the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Every hotel needs an Angie!
Came from out of town & the orginal hotel we had gave us a room which was not what we paid for. Called around and Han was able to help us get a room so we would not be stuck in the cold until 3pm check in. Thank you
Drove up from NC and was very pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the hotel upon entering. The "manager" was very kind and pleasant. My room was extremely clean and neat! I was nervous with COVID but they did a really good job with keeping everything clean. Sheets were nice and white and so was the blanket and pillowcases. The bed and pillows were super comfy-cozy! The shower water was piping hot!!! Just what I needed after a long 8 hour drive! This would be my stay of choice on my next trip to Jersey! Good Job! No complaints here!
