Came here on thursday 9/10/20 to pickup one pallet arrived 30 minutes before the appt time . Left without the pallet a hour and a half after appt time . Unacceptable practices, why do we have appts if management can't honor them . When are we going to be allowed back on the dock so I can load my own trailer and be in and out in 15 minutes like before the fake pandemic. We are allowed to load out our own trailers on avenue p . Same parent company with different rules due to covid . Drivers are your customers as a warehouse and customer service at this location is terrible I would rate zero stars if I could . Good company easy access to the facility! Plenty of room to turn around and back in! Easy & fast unloading. Clean driver lounge & restrooms! Free Coffee & Bagels For drivers which is pretty nice to see.
Check in wasn't bad had to park on the street for a few for load to be ready. 1200 check in for a 1500 pickup. In the dock by 1250 getting loaded. Not a bad place. The review that said take exit 12 off 95 was spot on gps lead me in the rest of the way.
