Nice people, but the loader is not to smart. Frozen goes in front of the bulkhead. So pay attention on how they load it. I never know what I will find when I open my trailer doors.

I was there one hour early and they took me in. Got a door one hour after appointment time. 7 hours and 30 minutes to finish the load. I was the last one to out just before close the gate.
