PODS was the best solution for our needs. We sold our house before closing on our new house. We needed to move out, and was able to store our contents at PODS storage facility, until closing on our home. Worked out perfectly. Thank God!

Had an amazing experience with PODS. Anthony Beverly dropped off and picked up our POD. He was right at the start of the time window they gave us which never happens. On top of that, he had been given the incorrect phone number and address but still managed to get to us. Such a pleasant and easy experience. We can not say enough good things! I've found that my experience with PODS was very easy and convenient. They came to my house when they said that they would. They were on time and very courteous. The opening and closing of the unit was easy for both men and women of any age. They are great when you need to organize a room or rooms in a house and you want to store your objects from the rooms so that you can have a clean slate to work with. I will probably use them again in the future and recommend to friends.
Great job from the beginning having it dropped off to the end when the driver picked up the pod. Mike, Chris, John all the drivers where great. Customer service reps also great ..omg hate moving and moved 3 times before this is my first time using pods and I won't go back to renting a truck. Pods is so much more convenient. Great service I recommend it 100%
Horrible service. They took my money, sent me the wrong POD and I haven't been able to reach the avenel nj site. I have called 2 and they keep telling me that someone will contact me. It's been a week with no call and I'm out over 400. I was suppose to receive a 7x12 pod and received a 7x7. I sent it was immediately and yet no refund yet.
