Pricing is good but professionalism is 100% poor!!! Delivery was suppose to arrive Thursday night 7-8pm, no call no show. Finally, they deliver Saturday morning and it’s a rushed job. Machines are not the tidiest neither. I will never rent from them again!

Preferred Party Place is an EXTREMELY professional company. Mike was super easy to deal with, very courteous, and extremely knowledgeable of just what we needed. Delivery was extremely timely and everything was set up perfectly! The tent, tables, chairs, chandelier, and linens were all in pristine condition, it is obvious that all the equipment is cared for very well! I would highly recommend Preferred Party Place, and we will definitely be using them again!!!
not such a great experience , had setup pickup for July 3rd being that my sons birthday is on July 4th and theyre closed for the holiday so i show up and waited and no one showed nor called so i had to call and was told theyd come tomorrow for me at 7am , very inconvenient for me because i had alot of other things to do that day but made it fit into my schedule and had my husband pick them up , when i get to see them theyre all ugly and beat up tables but i didnt care because i was going to cover them anyway but the worse were the chairs , i ordered 16 and they were all dirty and greasy where my husband stained his clothes during the pick up and set up , luckily i noticed and cleaned that up before the party but id expect clean chairs .. i dont plan on ordering rentals from here again
Lincoln & Luis did an excellent job setting up my tent over my patio for my Daughters 1st Communion party. They were helpful and polite. I highly recommend them!
I called a lot of places in the area and found that preferred party place has the best prices and friendliest staff around. Very accommodating and professional! Make sure to ask for Kristen or Michelle, very friendly and both were very knowledgable with stock and pricing, quick easy service, I called for a last min party and they were very accommodating to my needs, this will definitely be the only place I rent from in the future, thanks for the excellent service!

Lincoln, Dee & Ralph are absolute professionals at what they do. They set up quickly and efficiently, and we're extremely patient even while we were still working out the logistics of tent placement for our corporate event. Would highly recommend PPP for party supplies.
Lincoln and Sal were very professional and speedy in setting up my tent, tables, and chairs! They answered any questions I had and I really appreciated their time and effort!!!
