Great experience at Sansone Mazda ! I felt that max our car dealer was trying his hardest to get us the right price and he did! We left there extremely happy and didn’t break our budget! Definitely go and ask for Max!

On Saturday, September 19, my husband and I brought our cars in to Sansone to turn in our leases early and lease new cars. We still had about a year to go on our leases. But, a few months back we started to receive letters and emails about turning in our lease early to get a better deal on a new car. We arrived at 9am and there were a few distractions (there were 2 separate staff meetings while we were there) even though we had made an appointment. We left at 1pm with 2 beautiful new cars. The next day, a message popped up on my dashboard that my air bags were faulty and I should have the vehicle checked. I brought my car in and had to leave it at the dealership for 5 days so the problem could be corrected(on a brand new car). Two weeks later, I received a bill in the mall for about 1,500., for early lease termination. If I had known that I would have to pay to trade in my lease prematurely, I would have waited until my lease was up. I was under the impression that there would be no extra fees or bills. I called the dealership twice to try to speak with someone concerning this matter and left a voicemail with finance(which was not returned) and was transferred to my salesman(whose voicemail box was full). I have been happy doing business with Sansone in the past. But, this makes me feel as though I have been wrong in trusting them.

We visited with different dealers, wasted valuable time. Sansone Mazda gave us the best deal for our CX-5, and Elvin Rosario was a top notch salesman: very professional, no hassle, and honest. Great car buying experience, and only 2 hours!

Excellent Service @ Sansone. Tom Radwanski (Sales and Leasing Consultant) was awesome, extremely helpful, attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend to meet Tom when you visit their showroom. And also, I would like to thank John, Eric and Rick Dossantos (Business Manager). They broke down all the fees and taxes and there were NO hidden charges. At the end, I got a great deal and I left with a great customer experience and beautiful car. I would definitely recommend Sansone Mazda to my friends without any second thought.. Thank you once again Tom and Sansone Mazda!!!

Very slow - the representative who helped us test driving is very kind. But the manager is very slow. And he was incredibly condescending with every single word he spit out of his mouth. Very very rude.
