We had our pool put in by Woodbridge pools and it was the most awesome easy experience. Everybody was so helpful. I’m writing this review because we sold our home and moved out of area and I miss having an easy experience like that. I’m so hoping when we open our pool where we are now that we have the same wonderful experience as we had with Woodbridge pools. When we opened our pool with Woodbridge pools it was always spotless the water was sparkling clean!!!! Thank you for the wonderful years :)

Made a big mess in my back yard! Opened the pool without calling the day before like he said he would after a thunderstorm. Put the steps in dirty and went in my garage without asking when I wasn't home. All this for 150.00 you lost a customer!

Woodbridge pools is a great place to buy a pool! Awesome staff, friendly, knowledgeable, and family owned! Always treat their customers with respect and always give great deals for pools/ supplies and more! They put my pool up, and every year they guide me to taking the best care of it. I love it. So this is my first time making a pool purchase for my home, I went to Woodbridge pools and purchased the pool in full. my expectations was that from start to finish the process would be seamless and the finished work would result in a clean looking backyard. Well, the pool installers dug, built ,and left everything as is. dirt in a corner, boxes left in the yard. lunch garbage also left in the yard. Electrician comes to do the electrical work and asked where a T bar was. The electrician said this is something that is needed to ground the pool and usually is given with the purchase. the pool company says that the electrician is responsible for this piece and they don't handle anything other then the purchase of the pool. the installer said its usually not provided unless the customer request the item. how is the customer to know to request an item that is needed when they are clueless to the installation process. that being said i'm giving them a poor review because there was no conversation of what to expect during the process. if all this is normal then that should be whats communicated to the buyer so they are a little bit more equip on how to handle the rest of the process instead of thinking that everything from installation to electrical to clean up is handled.
