We have had the pleasure of using Joe Aversa's Landscaping company for the last few years. His team of landscapers come weekly to maintain the lawns on two properties and they have always done a terrific job. The guys are always friendly and willing to do what I ask. They came recommended to us and I would have no hesitancy in recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy and friendly landscaping team.
We have been an Aversa customer for almost two years and generally have had a positive experience. However, we contacted Joe in August about putting in a front path/walkway and landscaping and the job HAS STILL NOT BEEN STARTED! It took over a month to get a quote, which was finalized the third week of October. On top of that, we have not received any communications or updates from Aversa in more than three weeks despite repeated texts, emails and phone calls to Joe. We also have left a message on Aversa's office line, hoping that someone would get back to us and let us know what's going on. We know Aversa is still working because we see their trucks all the time. We are very disappointed, especially considering the volume of business we have given to them. I can't imagine why no one could get back to us, unless we are simply not valued. We will be thinking twice about hiring them again and do not see ourselves recommending them.
I had this company install a drywell last year and it was installed improperly. I have tried to call and get in contact with them. They still have yet to respond to any calls or emails. Please think twice of using this company!
