I LOVE these people. I was a little concerned about the price, but that actually wasn't bad. We had an appointment for our rabbit when I asked if I could bring one of our ducklings, which was not quite right. They were super helpful and gave us plenty of options. The woman who got the animals (I'm not sure if she was one of the doctors or a tech) clearly loved animals and talked to them as they went in. The doctors had to call me due to covid and they explained everything well. I'm happy to have a good exotic vet where we can take our little menagerie.

The Avian Exotic Animal Hospital couldn't have done a better job with our conure. The employees have been extremely professional and caring toward Benny. They set and pinned his broken leg and put on a cast, as seen in the picture. They gave us an accurate estimate of what the surgery would cost beforehand, discussed with us the aftercare conditions necessary and even directed us to excellent videos on their website that were helpful in teaching us how to care for him while recuperating from his injury. I'm really impressed with how efficient they are, especially considering how busy they are. It's obvious they all love what they do there. Keep up the good work.

After rescuing a baby rabbit from the neighbors cat, I called this animal clinic to see what I could do to help it's poor droopy leg. They informed me they rehabilitate injured wildlife every day. They even offer curbside pickup.

Brought one of my chickens to Avian & Exotic for the first time yesterday, after a very scary hawk attack, as an emergency visit. They got us in quickly, reassured me that the wounds were superficial, and got my girl cleaned up. I was really impressed by how friendly everyone was, and how they made sure I understood everything about how to care for her as she recovered. I was most impressed with the video they sent about how to medicate her, since she is on both tablets and liquid medication. I am very happy with the care we got, and while I hope we don’t have another emergency, it’s great to know that there are experts available to help with my flock.

I can't recommend this place enough. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful and the doctor is beyond stellar. She's so friendly and even when she's pressed for time with 1000 other things going on you still feel like you have her undivided attention. So far she has seen my ferrets and my rescue turtle and I've been completely satisfied with her wide range of knowledge. Can't wait for the rest of my creature crue to meet her.

Spoke with an associate over the phone and he was able to answer many questions about the services that they provide for rabbits. Eased our minds on how to handle our new family friend. Also what to and not to feed him.

This clinic is fantastic. We have been going here since 2018, and I’m really glad that we found doctors that love our animals just as much as we do. I highly recommend this veterinary office. They are so helpful, and patient with you.

I was able to bring them an injured Trash Panda I found in the backyard. Their instructions on the voicemail were very informative and the animal was euthanized in a humane manner. Consider donating what you can, they are the ONLY wildlife clinic that was able to take the raccoon in without paying over 200 for collection and medical. Above and beyond care for our wildlife friends.
