My experiences with both in, and out patient care through the Aviary have been tremendously positive, and vital to achieving, and maintaining my recovery.

I would not recommend going here unless you make very good money. I'm in construction and make less then 40,000 a year. This place sent me a bill almost double what was agreed upon for me to pay after my insurance. Now I'm left with my credit being ruined and my goals have been set back literally years for a month stay at this place. I'm not saying it wasen't a nice stay but for what it is going to cost me I am having a more difficult time accepting the financial ruin I'm in then the damage my drinking has done to my life. I would recommend any AA facility and sober living, this place is a total scam once it's all said and done.

The Aviary Recovery Center was the best place to come for a solid set of coping skills. The staff is nice and welcoming. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because even though they have a rule book depending on the staff certain rules don't apply to certain residents. It gets frustrating at times and yes I understand each treatment is tailored to the residents but make sure that is emphasized to everyone before frustrations become to much.

Sadly, this place has the capability of doing a fine job, but they don't. At the end of the day it is a business and they will do whatever they can to make sure they get the maximum amount of money from their clients--or their insurance. Including presenting a false positive test for non-compliance, that way they try to get you to stay longer. They are making dirty money off of people who are dying.

Wonderful experience can’t say enough good about the staff and system. I’ve now been sober for 18 months. I don’t even have a desire to use again. I’m involved in helping others stay sober, along with my regular awesome life. While my life isn’t problem free, how I deal with my problems has changed drastically. The Aviary gave me my first set of coping skills for my sobriety tool box. This enabled me to keep open mind and grow in recovery! If you’re ready to change your life and your desire is earnest then your won’t go wrong in choosing the aviary. Bless you and good fortune.
