People were friendly but I booked an automatic and specifically called to make sure I got an automatic and of course I get there and they try to give me a manual. Had to wait 30min for them to bring an automatic. Upon returning the woman asked about our trip and our experience with the car and we mentioned what happened and she offered us a discount which I thought was very nice and we accepted. But I feel like they should of offered it when it happened. Originally I rated them 1 star but because of this woman's actions I have bumped it to a 3.

Terrible experience. Booked for 2pm, didn’t get seen until 2:40. Had to wait a long time for my car to then be ready. Hugely stressful on the way to a wedding. No suggestion of compensation or support in anyway. Even the drinks machine had nothing left. Couldnt be worse.

Very good service and very friendly staff. The main desk was understaffed though with over an hour to wait to see someone to rent the car with only 6 people waiting. Desk was being manned by only one person!

We returned the car at Avignon. The agent found an old bump at the bottom of the car (a hidden scar we didn’t notice when renting) and charged 1,100 euro from my credit card for damage. I have yet to receive the receipt after 1 week and 3 phone calls.

The staff here were really really helpful even storing our bags for an afternoon of site seeing. Yes, they're very picky about any scratches or damages (this is a very European thing) so leave plenty of time for pickup and drop off of your car.

No wait at pickup and drop off. Conveniently located just outside TGV station. Friendly and efficient staff. Car was in mint condition and very comfortable.
