We stayed at the Peniche Althea for one night in October and we liked it a lot! The room and bathroom were very clean. Both at night and in the morning you have an amazing view of Avignon! We travelled with a small dog, had to help him up and down the stairs but he also enjoyed his stay on the boat:) No breakfast, but you have a small fridge in the room. Severine, the owner, was very friendly and very helpful! 10 minutes walk to town. Parking is on the street and you need to walk about 30 metres to the boat.

Phantastic River boat hotel. Romantic and stylish. Live in the captains quarters on the river. Just a Few steps away from central avignon.

Voyage à Plein Temps

Super endroit sur Avignon un grand choix de thés, tisanes, ou encore jus de fruits et légumes, le tout BIO On adore! Une terrasse sur l'avant de la péniche, mais aussi dans le petit jardin d'à côté, tout y est super coloré et lumineux! Je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion de découvrir les soins proposés par les divers thérapeutes qui s'y trouve, mais je trouve génial d'avoir mêlé ces deux activités. La patronne est une femme super intéressante et vraiment sympa, ce qui rajoute un petit plus à cet endroit atypique qui vaut la peine de traverser le pont depuis le centre ville.
