It was very clean, and easy to navigate. The employees were nice as well. And everyone was respectful regarding social distancing and wearing masks

A.V.P is super clean and has added extra covid-19 safety precautions. The employees are very helpful and very polite. They helped my boyfriend who was traveling to the East coast with assistance to the gate and helped him get on the plane as he is disabled. I truly appreciate them doing what they did. Wonderful airport. Not too big. Everyone is friendly & they get people checked in quickly. My bag set off an alarm so everything had to be gone through but even that wasn't too bad & they were thorough but quick

I have to be honest, I didn't know what to expect driving to this airport after experiencing places like La Guardia NY and Newark NJ. But Wilkes Barre/Scranton airport was Nice, it was Clean, it's size made it extremely easy to understand. And it's close to my house. So I'll be flying out of this airport next time I have to fly.
