I would give 0 star if I could. The billing department are awful. I talked to 3 women in one day for trying to pay my bill! The first woman just yelling at phone “you need to talk to your insurance company” before I could even finish the question; 2nd woman I called back just put me on a hold without my consent; 3rd woman just keep saying the same thing and trying to send me off and doesn’t want to work with me. All I was trying to do is paying my bill with the right amount which my insurance company provided to me 5 mins ago before I called them back for the 2nd time. There is customer service or anyone knows what they are doing. I seriously how they can be in business anymore. I talked so many billing departments through different company. They are worst!

I related so much with the previous review provided by Nicole. I also had a terrible experience with their billing department. They mistakenly sent me three bills which my insurance paid everything for. I overlooked one of their errors and paid it out of my own pocket. (Watch out! You may double pay them if you don’t reconcile closely between their bill statements and your insurance benefits.) So I called Premier Diagnostic’s billing department today to 1. Reconcile the balance; 2. Ask the refund for the one I paid out of my pocket. After about 5 mins check, they confirmed their incorrect balance without a word acknowledging their mistake. And when I talked about the refund, the women showed no interests and patience. After a good amount of efforts to explain the issue to her (it’s just so hard to explain something to someone not willing to listen!), she said it will take another 1 week to process the refund and very rudely hung up my phone. I just don’t understand why she was so angry at me for their own mistakes. I thought I am the one should be mad. I had never spent so much time on billings and almost paid something I am not responsible for.
I had the extreme displeasure of speaking with a contentious woman named Lynette in the billing department. After they incorrectly billed the wrong insurance company, I received a bill for their error. While trying to sort it out, the date of service went past filing limit to the correct insurance and now I am responsible for the balance due to their poor billing practices. The utter lack of professionalism and rudeness that was provided me by Lynette has utterly tainted any positive experience I may have had with the company and with my own physician’s practice. As they are a 3rd party that provides ultrasounds at my OB office, I will make sure in the future to find a provider that does not use Premier Diagnostics.
