Ritan managed my property for a little over a year and I would recommend them and also would not hesitate to use their services again. I must say I don't understand the source of some of the bad reviews, as I had a great experience working with their team, and as I also had direct contact with our tenants, I believe the tenants also had a great experience working with Ritan. Special thanks to Paula and Melanie in particular for their responsiveness, professionalism, and patience with our many questions as first time landlords.

I've been a tenant with Ritan Property Group for a few years now. I've never had an issue with the company and it has been a great Landlord. They have kept my property in great condition so I haven't had to contact them for much maintenance and when I do contact them with an issue they address it by the next day if not the same day. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Ritan and I would recommend one of their properties to anyone that is looking to rent. Oh yeah, I can pay my rent online so that makes things so much easier. UPDATE - Ritan has still been providing great service. Their maintenance team is also great. Bob S. provided me with great service at my residence recently and I was very pleased with his high level of customer service.
I started renting a house managed by Ritan Property Group about a year ago and have been a wonderful experience. They keep the property in good shape plus they call me back fast if I have any question. A guy on their staff Darius Jackson has been great to talk to as he is really smart and super nice. Ritan Property Group were completely amazing for my family as we transitioned out of one of their rental properties! I tried managing my rental house myself and it was taking up too much time and causing massive stress. I didn't want to pay for professional property management at first, but after I started working with Ritan Property Group, it was clear that it was worth the money. They do everything--get good tenants, handle repairs, follow Georgia law, and then deposit the money in my bank account. No stress, no hassle. Paula was particularly helpful about explaining how they find good tenants.
I spent several weeks trying to find a good property management company. Ritan Property Group is a local business and they know the real estate issues in Atlanta. They are one stop shot. They leased my house with good tenants and make repairs. Melanie was great to work with and she is a broker so she knows landlord laws.

HORRIBLE! LANDLORDS BEWARE!! These 5 stars on here HAVE to be fake as one writer confirms below about bribes that are in place to get people to rate high... This company is a total nightmare! If I could give this company ZERO stars I would! They DRAIN your pockets on unnecessary expenses and inflatable "maintenance" expenses... I want my tenants to be safe and comfortable in their homes but 150 to change a regular light bulb??? And that's not even a fraction of the inflated expenses these people force on you. The company is a rip off and do not look to try to reason with them because it's a waste of time. You are basically told to shut up and pay up, especially when you bring any sense to the table and they can not give actual explanations. There are faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar better property management groups that are actually reliable and DO NOT rob you of your money. If you love your pockets drained, love getting the run around, and love being lied to, this is the company for you! If not RUN FAR FAR AWAY.
