They have been such a massive support to me while Bobbie our hamster has been I'll and continue to be. Show what an amazing vets the are supporting from the tiny to the extra large all the same just like our love is for them.
Very friendly staff who allowed me to explain what Coco was presenting with and then talked me through her findings. I usually go to the Heathcote branch where I feel the staff are lovely but seem to want to overprescribe to bump up the cost. There was none of this here. Lovely vet and receptionist.
I have used Avonvale for a number of years and have always experienced exceptional service. The staff are friendly, helpful and the team always go above and beyond to help. Even in the difficulties of COVID-19, they still run an efficient and easy service. Thank you!
