I share the same sentiment as the last parent's review on Dr Wishart. After many sessions and thousands out of pocket, we never received the required diagnosis report for my daughter. As a result, school has not been able to provide her with the necessary additional resources, had the right documentation been received. The diagnosis was very quick and i was very surprised at how prescribed medication (controlled stimulants) were given to my 5 year old, but yet a diagnosis report was impossible to obtain. After months of stressful follow ups, we conceded and booked another appointment so that we could stress face to face how much we needed the report. Another 450 and Dr Wishart promised we would have it the next day but as we had feared, this was just an empty promise as per the many prior appointments, we never saw such a report. I also found that many of our concerns voiced around our daughter's comorbid anxieties and other traits were dismissed and often overridden by his views on the common presentation for boys. We are now with another wonderful pediatrician (after many months on a waitlist) but i feel compelled to write this review for other parents, due to the significant impact on the delay in help/resources my daughter had to undergo, as well as the tremendous mental stress this has had on my husband and i. Dr Wishart has a wonderful demeanor and my daughter loved visiting him, but please do the right thing and follow through with the administrative function of your role so that your patients can get the results and resources they so desperately need. Parents who have children with developmental issues already undergo so much angst and don't need medical physicians who should be supporting them through this journey to be an additional barrier.

Dr Wishart and Staff are friendly enough, but unfortunately very unreliable. We have had trouble getting paperwork completed by Dr Wishart numerous times over the years. Just a few weeks ago we needed probably the most important form completed that will help our ADHD son through year 12 exams, but Dr Wishart could not find the time to complete it, we rang every day, never received it and now missed the submission date. We did not get told this was extra, we pay our 450 per visit. I feel for my son as he also gets very anxious. We have now been dumped, as my son is over 18 in October, and we never received a referral to an adult psychiatrist as promised.

Not sure if the previous reviewer has the right place! Axis have always been helpful & courteous. Lots of clinicians & they are open on Saturday’s and late night. They are very busy for a reason, I think!

This place is accommodating, and the people who work there are all nice. I think Katherine de Roet had a bad day, because I looked at their history of ratings and it seems she was having the same problem everywhere.

Terrible support team. No consideration for ethics or proper duty of care to their patients.
