I personally fall in love with this local KFC since my first visit to Kudus and still is my favourite food. The chicken is pejantan I guess, quite big in size served with succulent rice with sayur tahu (braised tofu in soya sauce). Best to eat with your bare hand. To add crunchiness, get your choice of kerupuk cracker: emping (made from nutmeg?), Garlic cracker or just noodle like cracker. Don't forget to dip in into their sambal before scooping into your mouth. Yumm!! If only they go international, we might see old javanese lady instead of old colonel sanders.

A must try if you visit Kudus. The chickes is so tender and juicy. However the place is located in front of a traditional market which may not be comfortable to some.
One of the best Fried Chicken Kampoong in the town. Not too salty very tender. Only Kudus citizen know this place, you must try this one or you will regret :D
