Beware of the fake reviews, never delivered what every motel should given, BW motel didn't offer a service s like any accommodation should do, it just give you a room to rent, cos lobby door always locked and must call them to open every time we want to get to the room even you are too tired, stay for a few days but never clean my room, about housekeeping is totally disaster, BEWARE OF LATE CHECKOUT COZ THE SURCHARGE IS TOTALLY INSANE. But I still hope bw will fixed the issue and trained staff to know what is services and hired proper staff with knowledge..... Chiowww
