Updated: While I was very unhappy originally with the lack of communication, I received a phone call from Nick, who is the owners son. The reason why I wanted to go with Ayers in the first place was because they are a family owned business. I was on the phone with him for over a half hour this evening, and our discussion reassured me that Ayers is the direction to go. I look forward to having a long standing relationship with the folks from Ayers for years to come!
