If you are wanting any help regarding your mobility needs, PLEASE go to this store, All of the staff are wonderfully helpful. My husband purchased a scooter for me and although I took it for a '\ test drive\ up and down the road, I found that when I went shopping on it I could not manage the length of it in some of the stores. I must stress that this was my fault entirely. We phoned the store to speak to Dennis who had looked after us, and there was no problem at all, we were able to change the scooter for another one which I am delighted with, I will definitely be returning for anything I need in the future. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I can not praise The Mobility Store enough They responded to my request, quickly and efficiently, with fantastic customer service, polite and friendly staff, they could not do enough to help us. Amazing store, service and staff. I cannot thank Dennis, his wife and daughter enough. My story started out with a wheelchair which turned out to be the wrong path for me and my husband as I am a very voluptuous lady and he was a useless pusher, so we ended up with a mobility scooter which Dennis sourced and then patiently, calmly and expertly talked me through the process of putting it together. Dennis has been amazing even down to mending a puncture on Molly the mobility scooter. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent all round service. Would highly recommend.
