Really friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us, even though we weren't the easiest group to deal with (Elderly disabled guest in wheelchair with access issues, lively 8 yr old who threw his drink everywhere and bank card issues with the new instore online ordering!). Food delicious & hot and some freebie drinks thrown as we had a long for a table. Reasonable prices too. Can't grumble, nice late afternoon meal and pleasant team. Wish all chain restaurants were like this.
