Thai Memory was a fabulous restaurant off the beaten path in Aylesford. It's. A cozy place with an authentic feel and very well prepared & presented Thai dishes. The prices are quite reasonable and the menu offers something for everyone. All in all, Thai Memory is definitely worth the stop next time you're heading through the Valley!
First off, wow, this place is great. It's a really nicely decorated place you'd only expect to see in a metropolitan area. The food is so tastey and ours came very fast. I highly recommend this place.
AMAZING!!!!! We had Pad Thai and spring rolls and it’s up there with the best we’ve ever had, if not the very best! And we’ve had lots of different spots! Recommend for sure! FYI though... if you order spicy or extra spicy, they mean it! This isn’t “Canadian spicy”!
We had some issues with the service as it was a bit disorganized and really slow. Our order was not put in properly, but when we notify the owner he quickly expedite our order and our food came out quickly out of the kitchen. The food was excellent, the flavours are really well balance amd they use nice quality ingredients. Portions are decent. Honestly, this is the type of food you would find in thailand, definitely authentic. The service needs improvement, but if the food matter to me more.
My boyfriend and I ate at this restaurant two days in a row, it was that good. Food was delicious, I recommend the Holy Basil Stir-Fry or the Pad Thai, but I'd love to visit again and try more menu items. The Thai iced coffee was absolutely amazing, everyone should definitely try some!

The service has always been poor, but today I had the worst experience with the front desk guy... Will not be returning Update: then the food was awful. Seems like they have two cooks, one that's good and one that doesn't check if ingredients have gone bad...
