Knocked a fair bit off the online price. Some was justifiable, some not so. I still sold to them so can't be that bad! It is just so very easy. Private selling will always get higher values, if you have the time/ inclination.

I mean if you want to see your car, van, bike sold for a loss then this is your place! The system is based on auction prices and not market value for the vehicle. Body repair prices are extortionate as well and quoted at 200 per paint chip damage. Could tell you all of this beforehand but they choose not to, to entice people in. Would not recommend unless you are desperate.

The online valuation was fair to good. My van is 6 years old but in very good condition. After the inspection, the valuation given was 1200 less than I was offered online. I queried the reduction in price and was told it was because of "the van's condition, stone chips and dents". No mention of the new tyres, new brakes, 12 months MOT or low mileage!!! When I said "Thanks, but no thanks." The woman said "But you didn't even let me call my director to try and squeeze some more money out of him." It's a well rehearsed game. Avoid this like the plague.

The service was fantastic. Text reminders and super quick service to close the deal. Why only 4 stars? I did feel a bit disappointed by how much was taken off the original quotation for very minute marks. I was warned by others that they felt the price was beaten down when they used WBAC and I should be careful. It seemed a bit like this even though I was trying to be open minded.
