ONE HOUR LATE - Extra Topping missing I ordered a pizza during non peak hours thinking I should get it in 30 minutes. I live five minutes away from the store. I ordered a salad and small gluten free pizza with extra cheese which I did not get. The order was charged to my Credit Card at 3:28. The Tracker they advertise is not reliable. It reached Quality Check at 3:33 and stayed there until it was finally delivered an hour later. After 45 minutes I contacted the store. They confirmed the pizza was on its way. The Text Message feature is not reliable either. I selected to be notified when the driver is two minute away. The Text was not received until five minutes after the pizza was delivered. One hour is not acceptable. Next time I will get off my lazy butt and drive to Roma's across the street and get a higher quality pizza. There is no incentive to ordering from Domino's.

Over an hour and had heard nothing...called and they said order was LEAVING then as if I reminded them it was still sitting there...no apologies ..nothing...much. enter pizza and service at romas...never again from dominos

This place successfully jacks up my order every time. Now that they've perfected that they are moving on to not completely cooking the pizzas. When I got home with dinner last night I found half of it was wrong and the pizza crust was still mostly raw dough. Save yourself the aggravation and expense and just go home an cook something, you'll have to anyway...

2 months ago I gave a 4 star review. Only 4 because occasionally the sauce I pay extra for gets forgotten. No big deal. This has been my favorite pizza place in King William since it opened. I've loved it more so than Vinny's or Roma's. The staff was always super kind, and they always treated me like family. However tonight, I have decided to change my review to a 1 star. When I order contactless, I expect my delivery to be contactless. This is the second time this delivery driver Clint has asked us for a cash tip. The first time we gave an online tip. I honestly thought that this time I had hit the 10% tip option online. I'm sorry Clint that I wasn't able to give you a tip, I made a mistake, but you didn't need be an a and make me feel like sh!t about it. I will not be ordering delivery anymore for the foreseeable future, and I would not reccomend anyone else either until they have new delivery drivers.
