I went to Dr. Linda Oswell because I was having problems with my lower back. After consulting with Dr. Oswell and reading about the torque release technique, I decided to give it a try. The torque release technique was developed because many people found earlier chiropractic techniques to be too mechanistic and linear. The Toggle Recoil Instrument is a torque and recoil release adjusting instrument that combines the best of existing chiropractic techniques and principles, quantum physics, and the body/mind connection. It has created the first integrated chiropractic system for what is now called the \second century of chiropractic.\ I wasn't sure what to expect but I found each session to be gentle and even relaxing. After several months of regular appointments, my lower back pain is completely gone! I feel amazing, like a slightly younger version of myself even!
